Feasibility studies that tell you whether to invest.
A feasibility study for a Saudi project is often written to get a licence or a loan approved. Ours is written to answer the question that comes first: should this money be committed at all.
We build the market case, the operating plan and an investor-grade financial model, then test the returns against the downside. When a project does not work, we say so, before the capital is spent.
Feasibility, business plan and valuation work delivered for Saudi clients in industrial manufacturing, from steel to fibre optic cables.

Most feasibility studies are written to be approved, not to be right.
SME financing linked to Monshaat, and project loans from Saudi banks and funds such as the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, commonly ask for a feasibility study. That requirement has created a market for templated studies: a standard market chapter, a spreadsheet that reaches the target return, and a conclusion that was settled before the work began.
A study built that way may pass a submission checklist. It does not protect the investor. The assumptions that decide the outcome, such as the demand ramp-up, pricing, capital cost, working capital and financing terms, are exactly the ones a template treats as inputs rather than questions.
We approach a feasibility study the way we approach a transaction: every assumption traced to its source, every scenario run through an integrated model, and a conclusion that follows from the numbers rather than the other way round.
What we deliver
One study, built to stand up to an investor, a lender and a regulator.
Market and demand assessment
Market size, demand drivers, competition and pricing in the Saudi context, with the source behind each figure. Demand is built bottom-up so it can be challenged line by line.
Technical and operating plan
Capacity, capital expenditure phasing, operating costs, staffing and the ramp-up, worked through with your technical advisers so the plan reflects how the asset will actually run.
Risk and sensitivity analysis
Scenarios and sensitivities on the variables that drive the result, with break-even points stated plainly, so decision-makers know which assumptions the investment depends on.
Business plan and investor pack
A business plan and executive summary ready for a board, investors or a lender, with an auditable model behind it rather than a document that cannot be checked.
When you need one
Where a feasibility study is typically required
- ◆Foreign investors entering the Kingdom, who need an independent view of a project before registering with the Ministry of Investment and committing capital.
- ◆SME financing through Monshaat programmes and partner lenders, where the study is assessed before funds are released.
- ◆Bank and fund financing, including industrial project loans from lenders such as the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, where the study and model are reviewed in credit.
- ◆Board and shareholder decisions on new projects, expansions and acquisitions.
- ◆Joint ventures and partner investments, where each side needs an independent view of the returns.
Requirements differ by authority, sector and lender. We confirm what your submission needs at the start, so the study answers the reviewer’s questions rather than a generic outline.

How we work
From first call to final study
Scope
A short call to understand the project, the decision it supports and any submission it must meet. You then receive a fixed-fee proposal.
Evidence
Data request, market research and working sessions with your technical and commercial teams. Every assumption is logged with its source.
Model
The integrated financial model is built and reviewed, covering returns, financing and sensitivities.
Findings
We present the results and the risks before the report is written, so the conclusion is discussed, not just delivered.
Study
The final feasibility study, business plan and model, formatted for your board, investors, lender or authority.
Support
We answer reviewer and lender questions on the study, and update the model if terms change.
